Filtration dust
Have you seen dark lines begin to form around the edges of rooms, steps, or under doors? This is known as filtration dust. Filtration dust is very fine dust that usually accumulates due to airflow through the carpet fibers. When we are dealing with filtration dust, we can do one of two things. For basic filtration dust cleaning, we’ll use an oxide treatment and our wand. Our technicians can also do a more detailed cleaning where they scrub by hand or use a crevice tool. Ideally, if we are working with filtration dust, the rooms will be empty so we can access the entire perimeter of the home. If not all the furniture is previously moved and you need help, just let us know when you call to schedule.
Mold
A run-in with mold is always unfortunate, and you may think that a mild mold issue still needs a full carpet replacement! In actuality, a professional carpet cleaning service can go a long way in removing any signs of mold from your carpet. We have an anti-microbial treatment we can use when we clean that helps reduce any present mold and can give you peace of mind. We are not a mold remediation company, so if your circumstance with mold is severe, we do recommend searching for a company that specializes in that area.

We would use it alongside our pre-spray, and it helps with moderate odors, dander, and pet accidents if applicable.
If you’re smelling something as soon as you walk through the door, we might recommend using the enzyme oxidation hand in hand with another product—our odor modification product. This product changes odors on contact and is our more extensive approach when it comes to smells.
Dye removal
Life happens, and sometimes that means an unfortunate dye stain on your cream-colored carpet.
