Brian arrived within five minutes of my washing machine overflowing our wet room and part of the kitchen. I frantically asked if he might be able to help with his equipment. Far beyond the call of duty, and far beyond his job parameters, he helped vacuum water, ring out towels, remove wet area rugs and then went on to the work he was here to do. I’ve gone to A+ Carpet Cleaning for rug cleaning at their shop & carpet cleaning at my home, and I couldn’t have been more impressed! Their results really speak for themselves. Their lead technician Matt was the one to come to my condo for carpet cleaning & he did a really stellar job going the extra mile to ensure he could get any spot/stain he could find out. We had A+ Carpet Cleaning recently clean three of our area rugs, all the carpet in our house and two rooms of tile. The results were outstanding and we’ll definitely use them again. They were even able to get out purple nail polish from our daughter’s room which I didn’t think was possible! I also love that they’re a local family owned small business. The owner and his son did the work. From start to finish the company was prompt, friendly, timely, and professional. They wore masks and foot coverings. I would recommend them to others.
I needed my dryer vent cleaned and my brother in law recommended this company. He’s been using them for carpet cleaning for years. They cleaned years of lint out of the dryer vent and now my dryer works much better! I don’t have to run each load three times for it to finally be dry! Everyone (phone and in person) was very nice, also.

A+ Carpet Cleaning was highly rated on NextDoor so I decided to give them a try. The technician was prompt, listen to my description of areas that needed special treatment and did a great job. He got out stains that a previous cleaner could not. Very happy with the job he did. He did not try to “upsell” me on add in services like Scotch Guard, pet smell eliminator etc. I will use A+ in the future.
