I have been using A+ for several years now on both my rentals and primary home – they r professional, on time, always following up on the work they do and my ‘go to’ carpet cleaners. This week they did an amazing job on my couch and it looks brand new again.

I had SUCH a great experience with A+ Carpet Cleaning. We were moving out of our rented townhouse and needed to have the carpets cleaned prior to our move out date. Another company cleaned our carpet but they were unable to repair a small patch in the corner of the doorway made by our cats. We needed to have the repair finished in the next 9 days as this was when our lease was up. A+ Carpet Cleaning was able to have Mike come out to do our repair within two business days, and the repair looked great! We were really worried that we wouldn’t be able to find someone to to do it in time, but A+ was on top of it. Very responsive and professional. They didn’t even charge us a rush fee. Definitely going to be using them in the future for any carpet cleaning or repairs I need.

I used A+ Carpet Cleaning to clean my furnace and vents. I found the service from setting up the appointment, discussing the bid, communicating prep / instructions to the on site job to be very smooth and professional. They are a small family business and that shows in their warm communication and demeanor but they have all the bells and whistles of a big company with text message appointment confirmation and updates, quick payment options and immediate emails with receipts and other documentation. I will be a repeat customer!

Mike and his son did an outstanding job getting some pretty dark stains out of the white carpets in my new house! Super responsive to my initial query and easy to work with even when I needed to reschedule due to a delayed move. Great service even beyond the job, checking to be sure we were still satisfied a week or more after the job was done. Absolutely I would recommend this company! Saved me from wanting to immediately replace all the flooring and gave me much needed peace of mind when moving during a pandemic!
